| Speaking at her Budget Vote 2008/09 statement to Parliament, Minister for Public Service and Administration, Ms Geraldine Fraser-Moleketi announced the annual cost of living salary adjustment. "I am pleased to announce that the salaries for employees on salary levels one to ten and the total packages of employees on salary levels eleven and twelve will be adjusted by 10,5 percent with effect from 1 July 2008.
