PSCBC CONFERENCE 2005
The PSCBC Conference was held at CS Holdings in Midrand on 14 & 15 February 2005. The conference were attended by 173 delegates, these included delegates from the SADC regions of Zambia, Malawi, Mauritius, Botswana, Lesotho and Zimbabwe, representatives from the International Labour Organisation (ILO - Geneva), Public Service International (PSI - Southern Africa), DPSA, HSRC, Public Service Trade Unions, IIRA, Nedlac, CCMA and the Department of Labour.
The focus of the conference was that of Collective Bargaining and Social Dialogue in transforming and restructuring the Public Service.
